A calming intuitive session that combines Reiki with guided meditation, breathwork, and grounding mind/body practices.

Reiki is spent in a relaxed state to allow the most energy flow.

Light or no-touch Reiki scans and supports energetic balance and alignment.

Reiki ends with a check-in, scan results, follow-up recommendations, and additional support as time allows.

Private notes are taken for follow-ups.

  • Filtered water and eye mask are provided in-person, or you may bring your own.

A private dreamwork session combining meditation and symbology.

  • Record dreams with date and time upon waking for sharing.

I learn the details of your dream. We meditate upon the dream. Then we creatively co-interpret the dream with intuitive guidance from Spirit. I share methods to help remember and program your dreams.

  • Many indigenous people believe that dreams hold important messages for us. This practice honors their sacred ways and borrows our ancestors’ customs.
