1:1 Reiki Session

You may bring your own water and eye mask if you prefer, but I do provide these if needed.

15 minutes before your appointment, I prepare the space with energy cleansing. Starting the session, we review any specific intentions, concerns, or questions. We begin Reiki with a calming guided meditation while you sit or lay down on your back or belly. Reiki is spent in a relaxed meditative state to allow for the most energy flow. I support the balance of your energetic fields with light or no touch in the facilitation of Reiki, and by honoring the energy with grounded awareness. The session ends with a simple wellness check-in. We can discuss the session and your current energy reading as time allows. After you leave, I take private notes on your session for any follow-ups and clear the space again.
